"My nine year old school going son had anal fistula for 5 years and was operated 4 times by different surgeons of different hospitals. Dr Sambit Patnaik sir was given all history of all surgery. He just asked us two questions which were Who did the daily dressing after each surgery to which we said it was the mother who was taught how to do dressing by hospital, How long was the dressing done and we replied that it was for 10 or 15 days after surgery.
